The Design Of High-speed Hydraulic Walking System For Single Drum Vibratory Roller

Single drum vibratory roller is a compacting machinery using its own gravity, vibrationof the steel wheel and rub of the tire to compact, and the steel wheel has been placed in thefront of the single drum vibratory roller while the tire in the back of it. The single drumvibratory roller is mainly applied to the compacting operation of the road and the basis ofearth work of the engineering structure.85%of the compact amount of the world earth workhas been done by the single drum vibratory roller. There are some problems in the existingsingle drum vibratory roller, such as moving slowly, the formed road has been damaged easilyby directly moving, the costs have been increased by using supporting transport vehicles forlong-distance moving. So researching high speed single drum vibratory roller is veryimportant and practical.This thesis is based on the hydraulic driving system of the single drum vibratory roller,and the18t widely used at home and abroad single drum vibratory roller has been the objectof study of the thesis. Basing on the utility model patent, the high speed program has beendesigned. Basing on the working state and traveling state, the rubber wheel frame of the highspeed roller has been designed and the hydraulic driving system of the high speed single drumvibratory roller has been build. Basing on the parameters of the existing single drum vibratoryroller and theoretical analysis and calculation, the parameters of the high speed roller havebeen selected and the elements of the hydraulic system have been selected and verified.Finally, a high-speed roller driving system simulation model was built with AMESim,two ways were proposed to get started for the starting of the roller, respectively simulated andanalyzed. Combined with the traditional single drum roller hydraulic system simulationresults, the two ways were analyzed and compared, the results show that high speed singledrum vibratory roller is practical in theory. providing some guidance for single drum roller toachieve high-speed walking.
