| Single Drum YZ16 Vibratory Roller is one of new products developed in Chengdu Chenggong Construction Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. In this paper, the overall project for YZ 16 vibratory roller, the vibratory specifications design, the reliability design for vibratory drum and bearing, analysis for machine stability and the difference of amplitude, test of vibratory specifications are researched. The obtained results have already been applied in the design for series YZ vibratory roller. The main achievements in the paper are as follows:1. Determine the important vibratory performance specifications for the compaction operation of roller, such as the operating mass, vibratory frequency, amplitude, centrifugal force, power of engine and so on. Propose the key technical structure, for example vibratory drum and etc.. The solid theory basis for designing Single Drum YZ16 Vibratory Roller is supplied with the comprehensive analysis of the recent system design of vibratory roller and vibratory drum.2. Analyze the quality failure of vibratory drum with higher failure rate, which occurred in the 14 tons roller. It is taken as key technology problem to improve vibratory bearing service life, and avoid it from too early failure. The improvement design of drum components for YZ 14 vibratory roller is carried out.3. Use the theory of elastic hydrodynamic lubrication to analyze the bearing lubricating state, so as to select lubricate with suitable movement viscidity and steady anti-oxidation and to adjust the lubricate viscidity or to use the suitable additive to improve lubricating, solve the problem that it is difficult to form the lubricating oil form when the temperature of the vibratory bearing bracket rises, and insure that the thin enough oil form can be shaped in the contact area between the rolling project and rolling path.4. By changing from the solid welding structure of vibratory drum to the knock-down centrifugal chamber structure (i.e. independent centrifugal chamber) , the major method to the service life of vibratory bearing is improved.5. Apply finite element analysis software to analyze vibratory drums. It is found the mass eccentricity of vibratory drum is the main reason for amplitudedifference.6. Testing method id found By testing and researching the vibratory specifications of vibratory drum in vibratory roller, testing field conditions, data treatment and the character of the vibratory signals. Moreover, through researching the arrangement of the vibratory specifications sensors in shock absorbing system, we can draw a conclusion of judgment evidence for shock absorbing effect.7. Analyzing the status and features of domestic road rollers in prices and technology levels, it is concluded that there is gap in the whole level of research and production between in the domestic road roller industry and the abroad one. It into the design countermeasures for improving the quality of domestic road rollers are probed, and constructive opinion of shortening the difference in technology and quality between the domestic products and the advanced products in the world are put forward. |
