Contact rotating blade vibration testing technology is one of the main technology of thedevelopment of a high speed rotating blade vibration real-time monitoring system. Based onATmega128single-chip microcomputer, the paper designs the collection system in view ofthe rotating blade. Data acquisition technology is the basis of the monitoring system, thespeed, accuracy and reliability of signal acquisition occupies an important position in thewhole monitoring system. The right data collection will be able to get the right results. Thedesign of data acquisition system in view of the rotating blade in this paper, aims to monitorthe vibration of the blade in the dynamic situation and ensure the smooth operation of thewhole blade. In order to achieve this goal, specific task as follows are completed:(1) designsensor module, and analysis the influencing factors of sensor module, and proposes thecorresponding solution;(2) design hardware circuit based on ATmega128+CC2420;(3)complete the design of the hardware drivers and the data communication between SCM andPC to suit the requirements of real-time monitoring.In the design process, we fully consider the low cost, low power consumption, and smallvolume of the hardware. In choosing peripheral circuit components, the outside package ofthe these components uses surface-mount components as much as possible to reducing thevolume. Using Proteus to hardware circuit simulation can reduce the time of choosingcomponent, improve efficiency. Finally draw circuit principle diagram using Protel-2004,printed circuit board.This acquisition system meet the multi-channel data acquisition, high precision A/Dconversion, real-time monitoring, etc. Test proves that the system hardware circuit has highstability, high precision, and can smooth communication between SCM and PC. The machinehardware system modular makes the system simple and portable, convenient and quick toexperiment, and get good control effect. This study has practical significance for future rotorblades.
