In electric power system, electric power system parameter measurement is the basis of power system microcomputer measurement and control. It is an important foundation to improve the performance of power system. With the development of intelligent power grid (Smart Grid), data acquisition is a basic and common technology.In this thesis, the measurement method of power system is studied in this thesis. The factors affecting the measurement accuracy are analyzed, and a variety of methods are designed to improve the measurement accuracy. At the same time, in order to ensure the generality of the research results, the design method of universal interface module is adopted in the hardware design.This thesis studies particularly restricted relationship between measurement range and measurement accuracy, and the needle application for the actual power system, the current transformer winding design, the equipment side will realize the protection and measurement be made one transformer; at the same time, to further improve the measurement accuracy, the multistage sampling circuit and sampling algorithm the design, combined with the high-speed sampling algorithm design, the software algorithm of this thesis has high portability.This thesis developed the data acquisition module for the research of high precision data acquisition method, and the performance of the module is tested. The test results show that the data acquisition module is designed to meet the expected performance indicators, data acquisition module design interface with the company’s standard design, the data acquisition module developed in this thesis can quickly achieve product level applications.
