The micro-channel parallel flow heat exchanger is a new efficient heat exchangermade of aluminum alloy, wherein the heat dissipating unit piece is constituted byaluminum foil, while in the process of the heat processing unit chip, wherein a step isaluminum material along the longitudinal cutting, thereby enhancing the filmproduced speed of the cooling unit, the width of the metal strip coil longitudinal cutinto the desired width of the strip is the basis for the production of precision metalproducts,the cutting quality is will directly affect the the quality of the heat sink, theonly guarantee to slitting accuracy in order to fully guarantee the accuracy of materialutilization and metal products, and the ever-increasing demands precision slitting thismetal strip.Cutting disc is the equipment which has been widely used in steel, aluminumstrip slitting, and now it will be the cleverly used for the slitting of aluminum foil tape,the subject is key to efficient micro-channel heat exchanger technology and its fullyautomated production line R&D projects as the basis, carrying up the research onkey technology of disc shear First,through analyzing the disc cutter shaft assemblyprogram,knew the factors that impact the disc cutter shaft axial and radial assemblyaccuracy,analyzed of the deficiencies of the existing assembly programs, improvedshaft assembly, making the axialmaintenance become simple and radial assemblyaccuracy。In addition, through the use of ANSYS Workbench, have accomplishedthe disc cut fast multi-objective optimization,to reduce disc cut quality and the costof materials under the premise of ensuring the shear properties.Secondly, through the study of the working principle of the circular shears andshear mechanism, have completed the finite element analysis by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, created disc Shear aluminum finite element model, and used explicitdynamic module to make the finite element analysis of shearing process. analyzedaluminum shear fracture process, know the aluminum shear stress in the process andchange in strain, the unit stress and strain changes in the fracture zones. In addition, Ihave finished the simulation of the effects of the process parameters such as theamount of overlap, side gap, strip thickness, shear speed on the aluminum stripshearing quality, to analyze and study these problems, to improve the shearing quality.
