Design Of Calibration Device For Gas Relay Based On STM32F107

This paper designed a gas relay calibration device with STM32F107chip as the core,through the three detection project GB, GB detection results judged by checking the quality ofqualified gas relay.Gas relay work as Oil immersed power transformer "fuse", in the transformer of humanor nonhuman abnormal condition, will immediately cut off the power to avoid greater losses,detection of the gas relay is a very important testing items. Gas relay if the work is not normal,transformer failure can not be cut off, will cause very serious consequences. Therefore, thegas relay within the prescribed time limit of detection strict check, once the safety problemsmust be immediately replaced is very important. The design is a kind of intelligent gas relaycalibration device, the device can realize gas relay detecting various types of a machine,display the interface simple, simple operation, accurate result, and has great practicalsignificance.This thesis consists of the following three parts:(1) the hardware design verificationdevice: the design of the STM32F107chip as the main chip, which includes mechanicaldesign, power supply circuit, a relay drive circuit, A/D sampling circuit, D/A output, systemcommunication circuit, the design principle, selection of devices is introduced and the designresults.(2) the lower position machine program design: this part is mainly to complete thedetection lower position machine device control, pressure sensors for data acquisition anddata communication with the host computer program design.(3) PC software design: usingLabVIEW as the host computer program, parameter configuration, data display, data storageand print the main functions of the software programming, and design a friendly interface,powerful operating interface.
