With the rapid development of the national economy, people’s income steadilyincreased year by year, car has become a means of transport for millions of householdsand is growing at a rapid pace into the average home. Followed, urban parking problemhas gradually became an urgent problem of large and medium-sized city trafficdevelopment. The advantage of stereo garage is small footprint and can maximize theuse of space above and below ground, so as to the land is expensive large andmedium-sized cities, building more small footprint, large capacity parking garage is aneffective way to solve the " parking difficult". The current stereo garage exist longqueue length, waiting and receiving universal service timeout issues, coupled withdisorderly location allocation and access strategies, resulting into the dilemma ofcustomer unwilling to parking garage and garage operator weak follow-up servicescaused by poor income. Therefore, studying the stereo garage queue, access strategiesand optimize bit allocation have very important significance. Based onlaneway-stow-typed3D-Park as the research object, the number of stacker services andrate relationship, queuing process, location and access policies assigned to do furtherresearch, the research results can be given a positive reference value to stereo garage’sdesign and its operation, shorten customer waiting and receive services time, andenhance the profitability of the garage.In this paper, the main work contents are asfollows:①As toall kinds of stereo garage classification analysis, summarizes theadvantages and disadvantages, on this basis, the characteristics of laneway-stow-typed3D-Park is described emphatically, and given the introduction to roadway stacker andboard type carrier equipment.②General parking garage’s queue is too long queue, customers wait too long andservice time too long at the peak time, while laneway-stow-typed3D-Park due to thepresence of multiple service model provides an efficient service more customers whileat the peak of access to better reflect its superiority. Only in the adoption of under thetraditional method of scheduling stacker quantity, it is summed stereo garage’sscheduling rules under the different vehicle arrival rate. When the vehicle arrival rate atcertain times, this scheduling method has low efficiency problems. Based on thissituation, we propose an effective range according to the arrival rate, using a new tactics on scheduling the quantity and the service rate of stackers. when the vehicle arrival ratein under-flat peak and over-flat peak period,this method is more effective andenergy-efficient.③Laneway-stow-typed3D-Park on location modeling conducted in traditionalsingle roadway modeling is difficult to fully reflect the laws governing the operation,the two roadway location’s dimensional coordinate system will be better.To simplifylaneway-stow-typed3D-Park’s model, we can be intuitive analysis of roadway andlocation’s3d coordinate system. Vehicle access car service time is not only related toaccess policy, but also is closely associated with the location allocation, then under therandom access principle and nearby access principle, given the time consuming’sanalysis of save car first, park car first, cross-access policy, standby policy, andcombined with the condition of vehicles arrival rate, analyse the conditionally matchingpatterns in different vehicle arrival rate.
