This paper focuses on the application research of multi-sensor data fusion in therocket sled test. This topic is a continuity topic. Senior came up with two kinds of datameasurement method. This paper will give a new method. Then, based on the threekinds of methods, we will improve the precision of the rocket sled test with data fusion.The data measurement method adopted by this paper is based on the coaxial leakycable technique. Cable has been long regarded as the most important communicationmedium. High precision of transmission and good ability of anti-interference are itsmain advantages. Coaxial leaky cable can be use as transmission lines like cable. At thesame time, it can be also used as emitter and receiver. Such kind of ability is appropriatefor rocker sled test. This paper sets up mathematical model for the leaky cable. Thenanalyzing how the slot shape, size and other conditions will influence the model. Finally,we analyze the error characteristics of this method. The analysis results show that thismethod has smaller error and can improve precision.Multi-sensor data fusion has been widely applied in many fields, but there is noapplication precedent in rocket sled test. However, the single sensor system can hardlysatisfy the higher and higher precision requirement of rocket sled test. In rocket sled test,the application of data fusion has become an inevitable trend. Multi-sensor data fusionshows better anti-interference, higher precision and superior stability.As the main method of data fusion, Kalman filtering technology has been widelyused in various fields. This paper mainly uses the Kalman filter to process the data.During the process of Kalman introducing, we will be faced with two major problems:outliers and coloured noise. According to the two problems, this paper designs differentsolutions. The simulation results show data fusion performances well in rocket sled test.
