The satellitic motion simulator has the function of simulating and testing thesatellites on the ground. It makes up of the satellitic simulative system of KM6manned spacecraft equipment with the solar simulator. And it has the important roleof guiding the design of the satellites. It provides the necessary guarantee for thedevelopment of the astronautic enterprise smoothly.Under the situation of meeting the design index, the thesis accomplishes thetotal design. It designs the pitching axis, the frame and the facility which has thefunction of offsetting the moment in detail. It is done that the modal analysis by thesoftware ANSYS. So the dynamic strength of the satellitic motion simulator hasbeen checked. It can be concluded that the frame influences the dynamic behavior ofthe simulator in accordance with the result of the simulation above. The frame isoptimized designed to improve the inherent frequency of the satellitic motionsimulator. Firstly, topological optimization is done to get the best designing scheme.Secondly, parameter optimization is done to get the best design size. It is researchedthat the method of sub-problem and first-order. The model of the simulator is builtagain. Then the modal analysis is done to get the inherent frequency of the newmodel. It is done that the statics analysis in each working condition. So the dynamicstrength of the satellitic motion simulator have been checked. Then it checks thestatic strength and the dynamic strength of KM6vibration isolation platform in threetypical working conditions.
