Game racing simulator can be used to simulate realistic,safe and comfortable driving environment.It is widely used in driving technology training and competitive entertainment,and has good application prospects.In this paper,a motion simulator used to simulate driving games is designed by means of mechanical design and computer application technology,and its kinematics,statics and transient dynamics are simulated and analyzed.Furthermore,the static and transient dynamic simulation results are verified by the strain detection experiments of seat bracket and cross coupling.Firstly,by analyzing the motion characteristics of different mechanisms,it is determined that the four-bar mechanism can simulate the motion effect of the front and back swaying and the left and right swaying of the driving seat.Then,through the analysis of simulated working conditions and calculation of structural dimensions,the overall structural design scheme of the motion simulator is completed,including chassis,motor,ball end connecting rod,seat bracket,cross coupling and steering wheel bracket,and the three-dimensional model of each component and the whole is gradually constructed.On this basis,the motion simulation analysis is carried out in solidworks to ensure that the established model meets the motion requirements of the simulated driving seat.Then the static and transient dynamic analysis is carried out in ANSYS.Under the conditions of loading static load and instantaneous dynamic load respectively,the distribution and variation characteristics of stress and strain are simulated and analyzed,and finally the strength of the structure is checked.Finally,the strain measurement experiments of the main load-bearing components are carried out by using the game racing simulator.After the stress concentration point determined by static simulation is pasted with strain gauge and static human weight is loaded as static load,the strain data are measured by static strain gauge,and the moment when people get up is regarded as dynamic load,and the strain data are measured by dynamic strain gauge.Finally,the comparison between the measured data and the simulation data verifies the rationality and accuracy of the simulation.To sum up,this study proposes a design scheme of a game racing platform,and verifies the rationality of its structure,motion and strength design by using a variety of methods.At the same time,it lays a theoretical foundation for fault prediction and diagnosis of related equipment.
