The first phase project of Harbin Metro Line1commenced in the late of2008, after five years of intense construction, will open inthe second half of2013. With the construction of subway, tremendous changes havetaken place in traditional commercial pattern of Harbin City, so explore Harbin MetroLine1to produce what effect on the commercial space layout helps improve theefficiency of land use along the subway, optimized the population distr ibution ofHarbin City, and provide a theoretical basis for the urban land use planning towards amore rational development direction.This paper selects Harbin Metro Line1and along the commercial as the researchobject, based on referring to a large number of domestic and foreign research data,using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, theoretical analysiscombined with the actual analysis, concrete analysis the influence of Harbin MetroLine1on the commercial space layout along the subway. Elaborating the rail networkplanning of Harbin City and commercial layout status quo along the Metro Line1,focus on analysis the influence of population distribution, traffic passengers and landuse functional layout, detailed calculation of the subway stations on the surroundingreal estate prices sphere of influence, finally against the current commercial layoutstatus and analysis of prediction results along the Metro Line1, gives the coordinateddevelopment suggestions on subway with commercial space layout, in order toimprove the efficiency of land use along the subway, optimize the whole urbancommercial pattern and promote the economic development of Harbin City.
