Commercial operation and the flow of commercial resources need efficient urban traffic system,and the urban metro had become the important part of system.The Development of surrounding uanderground space appears with the construction of urban metro.The diversified operations are more and more important for profit operation of metro,so the exoression and achievement of value of metro uaderground space are important.The research object of this paper is the metro underground commercial space,and from the angle of "Cognition impact behavior,behavior decide value",the author come up with the attribution of connition,and build the connotation of value of metro underground commercial space which including spatial,commercial and social asprcts.The target of research of spatial value based on the space form is to explore the space form which impact the cognition of space,to make sure that commercial shopping and traffic transit run efficiently.First the author ues the ways including segment analysis,VGA and agemt and refer the the parameter such as integration,Nach to compare the typical flat and analysis the space efficiency and consumption.Then ues the parameter of space syntax to describe the five elements of space cognition.The research of commercial value is based on the station features and trade format,first use the space syntax to explore the internal relation between space and business behavior.and ues the way which used to analyzing the city to explore the correlation between distribution of flow and business behavior and space form,the area of shop and the evalution on internet and to predict the flow.And then research the case to conclude the typical location of different trade formats.The research of social value is based on the evaluation of passengers,and find the main factors of evaluation.Though the questioonaire of three typical flat of metro underground commercial spce,author collect the data about evaluation of space and use the statistics ways to reduce the dimension of data to find key point of passenger view.In the end,the paper conclude the design points of metro underground commercial space according to the calculation of space syntax to achieve more value creation.And modify the underground commercial space project of Pengcheng station in Xuzhou to achieve value expression.
