In this project, the multifunctional low-chassis carrier vehicle working in therange is designed for the need of some major national project. It’s a multifunctionallifting and transporting vehicle used for some certain environment. Its function is tohelp workers remove or install four kinds of physical diagnostic devices at northern42degree. Then, the workers can finish the installment of the physical diagnosticdevices. The working environment of the carrier vehicle is quite complex. There aremany limits. So the carrier vehicle has characteristics such as light weight, a smallsize, a full-direction turning, a good obstacle performance etc.According to the program’s requests, the actuator of the carrier vehicle adoptsthe form of four-bar-mechanism. And use the serve electric cylinder which is easy tocontrol to provide driving force. So low the whole height and occupy smaller spaceto the uttermost. Finish the physical design in detail with PRO/E and AutoCADsoftware and plot the3D model of the vehicle, then finish the the engineeringdrawing. Optimize the actuator by Mathematica.Equalize the components of the vehicle’s actuator by Equivalent Finite ElementIntegrate Method(EFEIM). Write out its whole mass matrix, second order transitionmatrix and third order transition matrix. Build up its kinetic model which is quiteeasy to program. Then carry on the vehicle’s kinematics and dynamics simulationwith software ADAMS to get some concerned curve of the characters of the vehicle.Thus we proved that the carrier vehicle we design has the functions andperformances what the program required.Build up the finite element models of the carrier vehicle and apply loadsaccording to the realistic. After the solution, we analysis and optimize its strengthand stiffness under “horizontal transport” and “lifting” working conditions. We getits first fifteen order natural frequency and model of vibration after Model Analysis.Its results reflect its natural attributes which will help it to work normally in thecomplex environment.
