In the structural design of the avionics, CAE simulation is a very important stage. And the finite element analysis method using the ANSYS platform is the mostimportant methods. In this paper, by mainly using the finite element simulationplatform ANSYS Workbench, for a certain type of airborne assembly, the keytechnology of the dynamic response of the structure upon the ANSYS Workbenchplatform is studied, the structural vibration simulation of the airborne for a reducingmachine is conducted, and the scientific basis to performance evaluation and designimprovements is provided. This paper, establish a three-dimensional geometry model of the airborne by usingthe CAD software Pro/E, then import the geometry model into ANSYS Workbench bya direct data interface supplied, focus on several technologies such as simplifyinggeometry CAD model, assembly contact, multiple meshing methods, and boundaryconditions in the finite element model’ generation; Rapidly simulate the randomvibration environment and the shock vibration environment military standardformulate; Conduct modal analysis, random vibration analysis, shock vibrationanalysis for the reduced airborne CAE model, and obtain the inherent characteristicand vibration response of the structure. After demonstration, the author finds the resultsbroadly in line with the actual situation. That means, the work this paper has done iseffective.
