| Research on theory and engineering found that, in the process of main engine oftraditional twin-screw compressor which the suction and the exhaust are arranged on bothsides, Yin and Yang rotor always varying degrees by axial force in a single direction. Thetheoretical analysis based on the principle of force transmission and the rotor force shows thatthe force continued to form a permanent damage to host suction side and parts, is notconducive to the long-term operation of the machine. At home and abroad to resolve thisproblem is only limited to expand on structural optimization, improve the force and materialimprovements structural characteristics, but actual effect is not ideal.Based on mechanical equilibrium principle, the group proposed load balancedconfiguration for twin-screw compressor design method to completely eliminate thedrawbacks in the destructive effects of axial force. This article carry out the research of keytechnology, including rotor-type line construction method, suck exhaust system structure andprogram design, for the balance configured dual-the suction screw compressor.Through the analysis and calculation on axial force for the structural characteristics ofthe load balanced main engine, the study establishes the technical feasibility from theory. Onthis basis, the characteristics of the multiple-line curve segments, this article proposed theXSRM type line as a host-based line, which meet the principles on noninterference, less leakand high volume usage, and adapt to the host performance requirements. According toconjugate principle of the relative movement and the rotor engaging, it detailly descript theformation process for the geometric characteristics of the rotor, type line and its conjugatecurve, the meshing line and space spiral tooth surface, and given solving method to formationparameters and data and tool blade-shaped of XSRM rotor-type line. It put forward the idea ofthe suction and the exhaust system with the new structure for the structural characteristics ofthe twin-screw compressor load balancing configuration. Through comparative studies onmedian septum structure program for realizating double suction process of the compressor, itdetermine the principle structure that the suction flange placed in the upper part of the medianseptum, which can better achieve the compress work efficiently. Based on encountering allkinds of complex non-linear, non-dominant and transcendental equation in the compressordesign process, we take advantage of computer efficient computing with using MATLABsoftware to achieve mathematical process of solving, and to prepare a calculation program.The establishment of effective methods and tools with fast and accurate solution solved thedifficult scene in urgent need of fast solution-type line parameters. Using calculation procedure and calculation results are the main structure of the three dimensional modelingand simulation. According to the influence of the parameter selection in the type lineconstruction process, this paper put forward polar angle for optimization object, and launchedan optimization model and constraint function, and studied realization steps.Involved the instances and related data into the practical application for the servicebusinesses, the reserach has the value of engineering applications and practical significance. |
