With the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous improvement of technology,screw compressor has been widely used in various industries,gradually replacing other compressors.The screw compressor on the market as traditional twin-screw compressor has a singer working chamber,one side of which is used for suction,the other side is used for exhaust,resulting in the screw rotors to bear axial force in the single direction,which leads to permanent damage to the compressor,it is not conducive for machinery trouble-free operation for a long period of time.Aiming at improving the various drawbacks of the traditional twin-screw compressor,this research group carries out the development of double suction balanced twin-screw compressor,it has a balance of the axial force,which can theoretically completely eliminate defects resulted from the axial force,so that the size of the overall structure will be reduced by more than one-third.Therefore,the balanced twin-screw compressor will become the inevitable trend and the correct direct ion of the future development in this area.In this paper,starting from the actual situation and design requirements,the rotor bearing structure of balanced twin screw compressor is taken as the research object based on load characteristic,and a series of research work is carried out,such as force analysis,case design,thermodynamics analysis and fluid simulation.On the basis of the definition of the load characteristics of twin-screw compressor,this paper introduces the methods of constructing the load characteristics of the balanced twin-screw compressor and some relevant data and charts from them,which is in the background of the basic performance parameters such as the exhaust pressure and the exhaust volume,and the principle of classical mechanics and mechanical work and the traditional theory of the compressor is applied;On this basis,the way of expression,the theoretical data and the conclusion analysis of the advantaged characteristics are proposed through the exploratory research on the excavation of the technical characteristics of the advantaged structure.Moreover,design of the rotor bearing structure of 2LGF screw compressor is taken as an example based on load characteristics,and the superiority of the balanced twin-screw compressor is tested by comparing and analyzing the corresponding sizes of the rotor bearing structure of the balanced and traditional twin screw compressor in the form of charts and tables.For the sake of verifying the feasibility of the balanced twin-screw compressor screw compressor with the optimized rotor bearing structure,on the premise that the size of the rotor bearing structure has been defined,and taking PRO/E5.0 as the main modeling tool,this paper establishes the three-dimensional model of balanced twin screw compressor,and the rotor bearing structure is analyzed in ANSYS Workbench environment to obtain the data of its stress,strain and deformation;then the three-dimensional fluid model of the balanced twin screw compressor is built,the numerical simulation of the flow field of balanced screw compressor is made based on the theory of hydrodynamics to gain the backflow and eddy data of the medium septum part and the exhaust seat and study the influence on the aerodynamic characteristics of the whole machine.
