The research on thrust vector technology is to meet the needs of modern air combat high-techwar and improve fighter tactics effect, is of great significance to improve the fighter’s astuteperformance. In this paper, a thrust-vectoring UAV discipline construction project as an engineeringbackground, the main UAV flight control based on thrust vectoring and fault reconstructiontechnique is researched. The brief research points are as follows:Firstly, according to the analysis of the characteristics of the thrust-vectoring UAV, themathematical model is established, and the equation is divided into the horizontal and vertical byusing small disturbance theory. The stability and the maneuverability of the UAV are discussed.Secondly, the mixed flight control law based on thrust vector control distribution of UAVs isdesigned, including the control loop of the attitude and track with the thrust vector agencies. Aconstrained adaptive optimal allocation control algorithm to achieve the optimal allocation of thrustchange to institutions with pneumatic rudder is proposed.Then, the type of fault and fault reconstruction condition is presented. The refactoringcontroller of different fault type with thrust vectoring UAV is designed by the pseudo-inversemethod.Finally, a hardware-in-loop simulation platform is set up to verify the normal flight control lawdesign and fault reconstruction control law. The experiment of hardware-in-loop simulation isprocessed from simple to complex, local to the overall, and the simulation results provide areference for reliable flight thrust vectoring UAV.
