It is urgent to research a high-motility and precise trajectory control high-speed UAV flight platform that can meet missile targets with the development of information technology,modern equipment and the concept of national security strategy in the new epoch.Thrust vectoring technology plays an important role in small UAVs in improving these properties.The small thrust vectoring UAV control technology has been researched based on the above engineering background.First of all,the development of UAV flight control and the practicability of applying thrust-vectoring technology to UAV have been investigated.The design proposal of thrust vectoring mechanism and the new design proposal of flight control project of small thrust-vectoring UAV are put forward.Based on the research of the control principle,the force analysis of the UAV is carried out,and the full mathematical model of the UAV with small thrust-vectoring is established.Based on the research of the characteristics of the mathematical model,coupling,stability and high-motility are analyzed.In terms of difficulties and characteristics of the UAV,a control strategy of hybrid control between thrust-vectoring mechanism and aerodynamic rudder is proposed.And attitude control loop and trajectory control loop are designed respectively.In terms of engineering realization of the UAV,the modular design idea was applied to the hardware design and the design of flight control module,status signal acquisition module,control output module and communication chain were taken into consideration in order to its better maintenance and upgrade.In the flight control software also designed a modular software program to facilitate the upgrade and maintenance.In addition,A complete set of ground measurement and control system is designed,including man-machine interface and communication links in order to complete the flight control system.In order to verify the effectiveness and correctness of the control technology of small thrust-vectoring UAV,a hardware-in-loop simulation was developed and carried out.The test results prove that the new small thrust-vectoring UAV has the feasibility and effectiveness...
