With the high speed development of chinese economy,chinese transport in recent yearshas gradually turned to the remote mountainous areas of relatively backward economy.Inthese areas, gully aspect, topography and landform is complex,all of these bring greatdifficulty to the bridge construction.According to the characteristics of Hei Ya Gou No.2bridge in Bao Fu Project,and from the key technology of the construction of High PierSmallCurve Radius Multi-Span Continuous Rigid-Frame Bridge,the research detailed description ofthe construction process in focus、difficulties and corresponding countermeasures,and alsodetailed the existing mature application technology innovation.Provided the basis for getingthe reasonable construction method to achieve the "engineering actuarial".The main contentsare:(1)The research gived the scientific and reasonable method and technical for bridgeconstruction,let us skilled to master the method of designing and processing and using thelarge steel formwork in the high pier construction.It also studyed the method of tower cranewith the core of the turning plate for high pier construction.It has the very strong guidanceand reference significance to the construction of high piers.(2)It has gived the innovative method which Prefabricate and Cast-in-place for thepartition construction by analysing and comparing the methods using steel pipe frame andsteel bracket to construct the partition of the high pier.(3)In the research,it studyed on the effect of high pier construction verticality controlmethod and wind loads of thin-walled hollow flexible high piers,and studyed the safetycontrol indexes of the high pier construction under the action of wind load,it summed up a set of system safety assurance measures.(4)Through theoretical calculation, model test, field measurement techniques,it hasstudyed on the mountain environment (wind, temperature, topography and other factors) ofhigh pier bridge suspension technology characteristics of irrigation construction.It summed upan effective construction technology for curved girder.This research is worth to promote and applicate in the similar projects.Has a goodreference and guidance for the similar projects in the future.
