In The Scenic Spot Under The Influence Of The Huayin City Urban Spatial Development Strategy Research

Huayin as the mount Hua is located, city development has always been closelylinked to Huashan. With the rapid development of construction rapid development a ndscenic areas urbanization, mount Hua national key scenic area development in Huayincity space effect more apparent, city space in the new situation, it also exposes manyproblems. The paper hope city spatial development strategy to adapt through discus singwith Huayin reality, provide a reference for the rational development of the city.This study is divided into four parts. The first part of the main problems existing inHuayin city development, and the theoretical and practical results related weresummarized, as the study reference. The second section of the paper to review the cityeconomic and social conditions, development space and space characteristics of thepresent situation, from the basic conditions (the policy background, the regionalenvironment, resources conditions) and special effects (the development trend in thefuture development of mount Hua national key scenic area and the Huayin city spatialrelations, Huashan state-level key scenic spots of the city space in Huayin city influenceand two) systematic analysis was conducted in two aspects of Huayin city spatialdevelopment condition. The third part based on the first two parts of the study, the coreproblem identification of Huayin city spatial development, put forward the generaldevelopment ideas feasible, and discusses the development strategy and positioningfunctions under this idea to the city. The fourth part focuses on the industrialdevelopment and spatial development two aspects further put forward suggestions andCountermeasures of city spatial development in Huayin city. This paper thinks, development of Huayin city space must pay attention to the roleof the Huashan state-level key scenic spots on the impact. From "hill is not pressure city,city don’t cheat mountain" point of view, the Huayin and mount Hua national key scenicarea as a whole, taking mount Hua state-level key scenic area to the city developmentpoint of attraction, combining the space of scenic area and city space, through theintegration of functional coordination, economic convergence, city view, create a "cityview, dividing, axial combined, combining phase", the spatial pattern of city and thescenic area, the harmonious coexistence of human and nature, realize city and scenicareas of the overall organic "city view integration" development.
