Study On The Development Model Of Industrial Park In The Process Of City Space Development

Modern urbanization level and city scale represents a regional and national competitiveness. Big city as the center city of region, concentrates employment opportunities, and forms industrial clustering development. The carrier of industrial agglomeration is all kinds of industrial parks. Industrial parks belong to the city economy or component which have close contact with the city economy, have the function of specialized labor division, regional guide and radiation.In the mega city spatial expansion process, industrial park mainly experienced the transformation development in industry and space. It is mainly because the industry interactive development between regions enhances the core competitiveness, mainly includes upgrading industrial agglomeration level of the industrial park, efficient allocation of regional industry resources, improving the investment environment etc. The development of the space is the change from the traditional park model to the production city fusion model, is the fusion of park and city function, thus formed the transition from the park to the city function region. It mainly includes the hierarchical optimization of industrial space, strengthen the park planning and land management, improve the park facilities and implementation of balance between job and housing etc.This paper firstly studies for related content of domestic and foreign large city spatial expansion and industrial park. The research is mainly in three aspects: the big city spatial expansion, industrial park, the relationship between mega city space expanding and the development of industrial park. And through the typical case analysis, these are the foundation of the paper. On this basis, aims at the encountered problems in the process of industrial park of city spatial expansion, from two aspects of industry and space to discuss. In the industry aspect, to solve the bottleneck of the industrial development in large city industrial park, put forward the solution of regional industrial development to enhance core competitiveness of the park. In space aspect, aims at "isolated island" development model of industrial park, put forward the development model of production city fusion, guides the park from the traditional industrial park to the strategic transformation of production city fusion model. And then, Zhongguancun Life Science Park project is as a practical project case, for the development of industrial park problems encountered in the process of Beijing city spatial expansion, conducts the research from industry, space, road traffic, landscape and other aspects, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Finally, the main research results of this paper are summarized, and furthers the research ideas.
