A Study Of Suitability Of City Development Intensity For The Downtown Of Ping’an

Qinghai province，known as the "Chinese water tower" and " climate condition unit",owns huge areas of nature reserve which is greater than building and developable area,and Ping’an County, in Huangshui valley, the east of Qinghai province, is suitable fordevelopment. In recent years, with the implementation of western development and thedevelopment of plateau economy, according to the development plans for Qinghaiprovince, the region’s urbanization rate accelerated obviously.First of all, reviewed and summarized domestic and overseas relative experienceand practice in development control system, focused on development intensity control’smethod, background and evolution process, summed up related influencing factors forthe development intensity.Secondly, the paper introduced the basic situation of Ping’an County and relativeplanning, orientated development direction of the County from the macro level.Through the analysis of the regional background ecological conditions and the level ofcity development of Ping’an County development, combined with domestic andoverseas related theory and practice, researched urban scale suitability from the angle ofPing’an County development external environment,that is basic work for developmentintensity suitability research.In the next place, based on the analysis of Ping’an development intensitycharacteristics, summarized the influence factors of its future development intensityzoning. At the same time, analyzed urban developed and constructed land withinresearch scope, predicted the total construction of Ping’an urban area in planning areaon the basis of the third chapter. Finally, returning back to the starting point of this research, the research aims atguarantee Ping’an urban area development quality to put forward control index system.On the basis of above analysis, then assigns total construction and puts forwardcertainty principle in related indicators, hopes this paper can provides a reference for thecontrol of this region’s urban development intensity.
