Research On Optimization Of Spatial Layout Of County Land Based On Suitability Evaluation ——A Case Study Of Wuhe County

Faced with many problems such as ecological environment deterioration,disordered territorial space development and resource constraint,China has put forward major strategic plans for ecological civilization construction,and regards optimizing territorial space layout as an important way to realize ecological civilization construction.Based on the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,this paper,following the logic of "status analysis-suitability evaluation-problem diagnosis-layout optimization" on the basis of sorting out the research process of territorial space optimization,takes Wuhe County,Anhui Province as the research object to conduct an empirical study.First of all,from the perspective of functional zoning,the land spatial classification system of Wuhe County was constructed based on the principle of dominant function classification by integrating the concepts of three districts and three lines and main function zoning,and identifying the urban,agricultural and ecological functional Spaces in the study area.On this basis,the quantitative structure and spatial layout of three types of space in Wuhe County are explained in detail,and the regional development status and spatial structure characteristics are summarized.Then,based on the perspective of historical development,the paper deeply analyzes the evolution law and mechanism of the quantitative structure of territorial space in Wuhe County from 1990 to 2020 through the geospatial transfer matrix and spatial dynamic attitude model.Secondly,based on the spatial characteristics of the county level,in full consideration the study area,on the basis of geographical,economic and geographical conditions,based on principles of systematic,dominant and scientific constructed for wuhe regional characteristics of three kinds of spatial suitability evaluation system,using the method of multi-index comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process（ahp）,national spatial suitability evaluation,Wuhe County was classified into three types of spatial suitability.Third,the current situation of land use conflict identification.Through the superposition analysis of three kinds of spatial suitability evaluation results,current land use,basic farmland protection line,ecological red line and other factors,it is identified that the main contradiction of territorial space in Wuhe county is the contradiction between agricultural production and ecological protection,mainly distributed along xiangjian Lake and Tuo Lake.On the basis of the analysis results of historical evolution,the problems of territorial space development and protection in the study area are clarified,and the formation mechanism of the problems is analyzed.Finally,in order to eliminate the contradiction of territorial space and improve the efficiency of space utilization,this paper puts forward the idea of optimizing territorial space layout of Wuhe County: the optimization of territorial space layout should take the bottom line control as the bottom line,follow the principle of equal emphasis on protection and development,and the unity of spatial layout and development pattern.First,the rigid protection space for food security and ecological security should be defined.Secondly,ensure the efficient and intensive development of cities and towns,delimit the space for concentrated development of cities and towns;Finally,the general agricultural space and general ecological space are defined by coupling the results of territorial spatial dominance.After optimization,the national space is divided into three types of space and six functional areas.After optimization,the proportion of urban space area increases by 1.21 percent.;The proportion of ecological space increased by 1.01 percent.;The share of agricultural space decreased by 2.22 percent.Figure [66] table [27] reference [75]...
