The Study On Suitability Evaluation Of Rural Settlement Tourism Research

With the vigorous development of China’s economy and the strong support of national policies,the cultural of the countryside has made rural tourism a recent development trend of the tourism industry.Suddenly,countless rural settlements developed the rural tourism industry regardless of the consequences.Under the appearance of prosperity in the tourism industry,the actual development of rural tourism in various places has been mixed.Due to the lack of relevant theoretical guidance for a large number of rural developments,and the rural tourism access mechanism has not been established,and many other reasons,the homogeneity tendency of rural tourism development has become increasingly severe,either it is unattended,it is difficult to continue,or it is overexploitation,and the historical and cultural values of rural settlements are destroyed.Aiming at the chaos of tourism development of rural settlements,based on the definition of relevant concepts,tourism development of rural settlements to determine suitability for the study focused on the evaluation,extraction development suitability evaluation factor,build suitability assessment model,a theoretical framework paper The rural tourism development in Zixi County of Jiangxi Province was selected as a case study,and 24 typical rural settlements were selected as samples.The development suitability evaluation model constructed in this paper was used for analysis,and the actual development status of the samples was used for verification.To evaluate the suitability and development timing of rural settlement tourism development in Zixi County,and then propose targeted tourism development strategies and suggestions.First,by evaluating factors such as tourism transportation,tourism resources,and market potential in the regional dimension,the research object to be matched with Zixi County,Jiangxi Province is determined.Second,from the perspective of multidisciplinary cross-integration,the research and analysis of rural tourism development are analyzed.Theory,determine two types of subjective and objective evaluation factors: " Cultural Resource " and " Suitability of Environment ",analyze and evaluate from six perspectives,including production,life,culture,environment,natural constraints,and external influences,and pass relevant The use of software and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index of the above model.Third,using the IPA analysis method to extend the “Cultural & Environment” model to build an evaluation model for the suitability of rural settlement tourism development,the use of this model can more intuitively identify rural areas The development timing and suitable development types of settlements.In addition,based on cleaning and collating the relevant GIS data of Zixi County,a case study,24 rural settlements were selected as research samples to verify the applicability of the tourism development suitability evaluation model.Finally,based on the evaluation results,Propose policy recommendations Zixi County Tourism Development of rural settlements and settlement of the core issue of the core dimensions of the problem.The rural carries the memories of several generations,it’s also an important carrier of folklore culture.The rational development of tourism resources in rural settlements is undoubtedly of great significance.The suitability evaluation system and evaluation model of rural tourism development proposed in this paper can provide some reference for other regions in China to make tourism development decisions based on the value of rural settlements.
