The External Environment Research And Analysis Under The High-level Office In Xi’an High-tech Zone

The high-level comprehensive office buildings in Xi’an Hi-Tech IndustrialDevelopment Zone has been developing rapidly in recent years, and some of them withcommercial facilities. Because of their larger scale and complex functions, someproblems influenced the city environment and traffic situation have been aroused in theoffice buildings’ organization of external environment. Moreover, the externalenvironment cannot be used reasonably and effectively so that it cannot integrate intothe whole urban environment. As a result, in this paper, some part of office buildingswith commercial facilities located in Xi’an Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone have beenselected for researching. Through making some surveys and analyses on the officebuildings’s external environment, the author is looking forward to finding out aintegrate design method to the external environment of High-level comprehensive officebuildings, and offering a practical guiding significance for this kind of projects in thefuture.This paper states the research background, research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad, research methods and framework. And chooses theadaptive survey content and method on the basis of the characteristics of the object.Moreover the survey results and analyses on the outside environment of some typicalhigh-level comprehensive office buildings in xi’an development zone for high-techindustries are written in this paper. What’s more, from the perspective of architecturaldesign, urban design, landscape design and detail design etc., the author proposes theintegrated design method of external environment of high-level comprehensive office buildings which will solve the problem of city traffic, renew the city image, make fulluse of the external environment of high-level comprehensive office buildings.The features of this article are to make a systematic survey analysis on thehigh-level comprehensive office building in high-tech zone, to make a comparativeanalysis with some excellent examples of the same type at home and abroad, and to putforward the exploratory methods of integrated design for high-level comprehensiveoffice building. The author is offering a practical guiding significance for this kind ofprojects in the future.
