Research On The Humanized Design Of The High-rise Office Building Interior Public Space

High rise office building is one of the most important types of high-rise buildings, since its inception in the nineteenth Century, along with the social, economic and technological progress, were built vastly in the world, its technology, function and form have achieved rapid development and get achievement which attract people’s attention. High rise office building are now our cities’ most common type of construction, as the city public building "leading role", and it affects the city’s appearance, beautify the city skyline, besides it also contains a lot of city population. So I must give the user enough attention, make high-rise office building get more humanized characteristics, improve the users’ working environment comfort.Based on the existing high-rise office buildings which are been completed in Kunming and the people who have been using the buildings, discovers the contradiction between the high-rise office building with its users psychological and physiological needs, through field investigation, observation and interviews and other means, which are the practical basis, and explore a kind of humanized inner public environmental model of the high-rise office building which can adapt and meet the modern high-rise office building users’psychological and physiological needs through the detailed analysis of theory of the development process of high-rise office buildings, the type of the inner public space of high-rise office buildings and high-rise office building user’s psychological and physiological needs and characteristics.
