| With the rapid development of economy, the speeding up of urbanization. Many cities have begun to lose its characteristics slowly, communication among people has been trapped by reinforced concrete jungle, we need to find public space that suit people to leisure, communication and feel the city characteristics. And street square just meets the requirements of mass leisure.At present, part of the study on urban street and square were mostly from the perspective of geographical, cultural and iconic, few people design street square from recreational perspective. During the period of postgraduate, under the guidance of tutor, doing multiple actual project of street square, how to through its characteristics exert its amusement, in this regard, I was quite the experience. Therefore, how to integrate the amusement of street square and local environmental and has the unique leisure culture content, its leisure how to maximize local urban characteristics and conform to the behavior of the masses, is the important problems in this paper.This paper on the application research of Changan district street square in XI’an city discusses the design concept and design methods,of amusement expression,and enhance the overall quality of the Changan district leisure space, make it dynamic, historical t, full of vitality and can bring happiness to people. Shaped leisure Street and square that meet the Changan area characteristicsthe,the demand of mass behavior and activities.By some instances and some forms of the questionnaire so that design is not just limited to designer’s personal will and social purposes, and more fully achieve leisure purposes by focusing on street and square in itself the objective conditions. Ultimately, fundamentally improve the quality of life of Changan area, meet the leisure needs of the people. Make streets square play its comprehensive benefits in the environmental, social, and economic aspects,promote the harmonious development of the whole city. |
