| In order to realize autonomous manufacturing of high-speed railway bearing, beak technology monopoly of foreign enterprise, and meet the development need ofhigh-speed railway, the research and development of bearing test rig of large-scalehigh-speed railway was urgent. The test rig was used to test and verify theperformance of bearing. The simulation analysis of gas-particular two-phase in dusttank of high-speed bearing test rig of dustproof performance was presented, and thedistribution of dust particle in the dust tank was studied. The results of simulation wereused to provide theoretical guidance for bearing test.Firstly, the research and development of the high-speed rail bearing test rig andgas-solid two-phase flow at home and abroad was analyzed in this paper. According tothe actual working conditions of the bearing test rig and the internal structure, thereasonable and simplified geometric model of it was established by Gambit softwarewhich was pre-processing software of Fluent. Secondly, using the turbulence modeland particle trajectory model provided by Fluent software, the gas flow field and themovement of different diameter dust particle in the round dust box was studied.Thirdly, from four aspects; incident velocity, the shape of box, incident angle and theposition of inlet and outlet, the geometric model was improved. Then the gas-particletwo-phase flows of improved geometric models were analyzed. Depending on theindex that uniformity of dust particles in the tank and the surrounding of bearing andthe velocity of dust particle, the advantages and disadvantages of different schemeswere compared. The last, based on two-fluid model provided by Fluent software, theflow field in the round dust tank was further analyzed. The analysis showed that the distributions of the dust particles in dust box of thebearing test rig were simulated in detail and intuitively by using turbulence model, particle trajectory model and two-fluid model. The results of the analysis can be usedto provide the design and improvement of the bearing test rig with the theory and data support. |
