| At present, the semi-rigid base pavement structure in use process, prone to serious earlydamage to cracking as the representative, seriously affect the service life of the pavement andtraffic safety, how to solve the reflection crack problem has become a hot topic of currentresearch. How to use the transition layer material to inhibit the crack to a reasonable extensionis difficult to study the current.This paper creatively puts forward type coupling model of interlayer material gradationcrushed stone, first analyzes the structure characteristics of materials, and then determine thebasic performance requirements of raw materials.Through analysis of the poetic couplet type Graded Macadam Marshall test andmechanical test, to determine the test method of coupling type of graded crushed stone; studylinked Graded Macadam volume parameters, mechanical properties, put forward thecorresponding index and standard, establish suitable model coupling type Graded Macadammix ratio design method. Research shows that compared with the connection type GradedMacadam and gravel, with better compactness, good mechanical properties. Analysis ofgraded broken stone application node poetic couplet, put the mixture pavement performancerequirements, performance evaluation of the proposed standard for performance testing anddevelopment road. The results show that the connection type of Graded Macadam has goodhigh-temperature stability and water stability and construction better workability.Through test road paving, the connection type of graded broken stone layer constructionmain control points, construction technology and main control points. Research results haveimportant significance for the promotion and application of connection type of graded crushedstone. |
