With the steady and rapid development of our economy, the highway mileage hasbecome the world’s second, how to manage the huge highway become an important issue inthe field of traffic engineering studies. Road detection is a main task of highway maintenance,ensuring safety and comfortable, saving cost and time at the same time.Thus improvingentirety level of road detection technology has a far-reaching influence on the transportationindustry.The laser triangulation method for its advantages of non-contact, accuracy of fast andhigh has been widely used in the detection system. But with the rapid development ofindustrial technology, precision demand is higher and higher, high speed, miniaturization andintelligentize becoming the trend of the development of the triangulation method, which issuitable for short distance measurement, and is very effective especially in the measurementof surface profile, displacement, etc. The dot-matrix light source is adopted in the traditionallaser triangle method, but due to the cause of the sampling frequency and interval to obtainsample points is not rich. in view of the asphalt pavement structure detection technologyin-depth research discussion, on the basis of the traditional measuring depth of asphaltpavement structure achieved using linear laser and camera detection depth of asphalt surfaceconstruction, build platform, layout, architecture, the hardware principle, pavement imagealgorithm processing,3d image restoration technology was recommended. Hardwareprocessing module mainly aims at how to drive stepper motor, the stepper motor can drive theencoder, and the encoder control the acquisition frequency of array camera in pavementimage, the datas will be collected by store is convenient for subsequent data processingIn the process of acquiring pavement image, for shelter and gullies the section contourline of discontinuous (breakpoint) problem, from the angle of the geometric area, a breakpointimage interpolation algorithm is put forward based on the slope gradient. The algorithm ismainly divided into the following steps. 1) Breakpoints on both sides of the slope value is calculated by first order differential,2) Based on adjacent pixels of known coordinates, and the trend of the curve slope gradientand flare, the relationship between the coordinate values to calculate the pixel coordinates thebreakpoint of the slope,3) Then through triangular geometric relationship to calculate the missing pixel coordinates,and the three-dimensional topography is recovered according to the contour line.The sample data points are increased on the basis of Lattice laser triangulation detectionsystem is presented in this article,the experiment results show that the proposed detectionmethod is advantageous to the overall system integration and intelligent.
