With the rapid development of the national economy,the speed of construction is demanding faster and faster.The tile paving is still confined to the way of manual paving,and acceptance of tile flatness also depends on manual operation,making the paving and acceptance of tile paving as an obstacle in building speed.The tiling flatness detection is an important technique to realize automatic acceptance of tiling paving flatness.In this paper,a method of tiling flatness detection based on line structure laser is proposed,which mainly includes the following aspects of work:1.According to the application scenario of the project,a feasible system design scheme is put forward,and the design and selection of the support structure,laser generator,camera,filter and calculation platform are completed.The software flow design,prototype research and development are also completed.2.The key technologies of triangulation laser of line structure are studied,including camera calibration,image preprocessing,stripe center extraction and object image points conversion,and the corresponding technology route is determined.Among them,the camera calibration technologies selected are Zhang Zhengyou calibration method and PnP calibration method.In the image preprocessing,OSTU and gray neighborhood method are used in the image preprocessing.The stripe center extraction is based on adaptive template method.The object image point conversion is based on the camera's imaging model,and the conversion relation between the image point and the object point is pushed.3.The paper proposed the adaptive template method to extract line center,improving on variable direction method.Through the adaptive template processing,the extraction is more robust,and the processing speed is also improved.4.Design the experiment to evaluate the performance of the testing device.The feasibility and reliability of the system scheme are proved by experiments.The system requirements for the light incident angle of the line structure are determined experimentally.And when adaptive direction template method is used to extract the line center of the structured laser,the template sizes and Gaussian parameters setting suggestion is given.
