In recent years,with the rapid development of transport in our country,continuous girderbridge has been widely used in bridge construction。Especially with the development of themethod of cantilever,which promote the vigorous development of continuous girder bridge。But continuous girder bridge has to go through several system transformation in cantileverconstruction,the construction process of cantilever is complex、difficult and has manyuncertain factors。So hao to use the advanced construction technology to ensure the process ofconstruction safety、ensure the target can finish on time and endure the quality is the primeproblem to solve in the construction process。And how to control linear and stress,ensurethem in the line with the design requirements is the problem of construction control to solve。So it is very necessary to study on the key technology and the technology of constructioncontrol in the process of continuous girder bridge construction。This paper is based on the construction of tuo river cantilever construction of continuousgirder bridge of ji-qi highway,study on the key technology of construction process andconstruction control technology。The focal points of the cantilever construction key technology research are:Pier beamtemporary rigid fixity system’s design and determine its most unfavorable load values;No.0block mass concrete, large tonnage pouring and study on the strength、stiffness、stability ofbracket;key points construction technology of Hanging basket;Longitudinal prestressedconstruction technology and closed period of temporary lock during the construction designand selection of temperature.The construction control technology are: Use Dr Bridges and Midas/civil2010tosimulate the construction of Bridges;calculate arch degrees ues the theory of forward andreverse;use the gray theory to correct the vertical mold elevation;Select the appropriateconcrete strain gauge;analyz stress error and ruled out them,make the test results well reflectthe real stress state of the structure to coincide with the actual stress and the design.
