With the development and improvement of various bridge design theories,bridge design and bridge construction are closely related to different environmental conditions.Therefore,the construction methods can be different for bridges of the same structural form.Bridges are structural projects that span rivers,valleys,roads,and straits,and play an important role in transportation routes.With the advancement of science and technology,construction machinery building materials are constantly updated,and the development of bridge construction technology is greatly promoted.The structural form and design method of bridges have also been greatly developed.The prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has the advantages of large structural rigidity,stable and comfortable driving,and small maintenance.It is widely used in traffic engineering,and the structure and construction conditions of each bridge project are different.Therefore,it is necessary to study the continuous beam bridge.The construction organization design will further control the construction process reasonably and orderly.Taking the Chengkun Railway Anning River Bridge as an example,this paper analyzes the construction influencing factors,auxiliary engineering,bridge main structure construction and bridge construction control to ensure the smooth completion of all construction links of continuous beam bridges.1.The bridge spans the rapid flow cobble layer,the construction technology is difficult and the process is complex,and special requirements are put forward for the construction technology of the lower structure of the bridge.The layout and structure of steel platforms and steel cofferdams are designed,and their disadvantages are analyzed.Combined with the design plan of the Anning River Bridge of the Chengdu-Kunming Railway Block,the bridge is located in the center of the Anning River and the local meteorological and water temperature data;the double-walled steel cofferdam of the selected size is finally selected for the cap construction and protection..Check and calculate the condition of the double-walled steel cofferdam to ensure the feasibility and safety of the design.The foundation design and analysis results fully expounded the construction process and construction process of the steel platform and double-wall steel cofferdam.2.In the rainy season and flood period construction safety,the construction control of pile foundation,cap and pier body to the beam body of water pier bridge is expounded to ensure that the bridge can be smoothly closed according to design requirements.Then,the temporary consolidation of the pier beam,the calculation and construction of the cantilever construction bracket,and the temporary locking of the closed section are analyzed according to the mechanical principle,and the structure in the construction is guided to be safe and reliable.3.There are many construction and construction stages of this kind of bridges,and the mutual influences of the various stages are different.It is easy to cause the internal forces and displacements of each stage to deviate from the design value as the concrete pouring process changes.It is necessary to use Midas through effective construction control and line monitoring.Civil finite element software modeling analysis,simulating the bridge displacement during the construction period and the running period,which provides an effective guarantee for the smooth construction of the beam body,ensuring that the beam shape and internal force of the bridge state meet the design requirements and ensure the bridge after the bridge The relative deviation of the cantilever elevation of the upper line shape and the closed section is not greater than the specified value and the internal force state of the structure meets the design requirements.
