Asphalt pavement in our country has started to enter the large and medium repairmaintenance period. Asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base is the main structure form in ourcountry. It is a great significance of the highway industry and even the national economic orsocial development in China, when old road structural transformation and performancerestored effectively in lower maintenance costs, lighter environmental pollution and smallersocial impact.It likely to cause disharmony with the surrounding architectural landscape, increasingbridges weight-bearing, highways original ancillary facilities height does not meet therequirements when road elevation unrestricted The structural transformation design method isdiscussed in the case of a restricted elevation. That is, a study of material design whenstructure under certain circumstances.Assess the performance of the pavement structure grading and a reasonable reproductionmaintenance program after summarizes the typical diseases of domestic road type andstructural causes of damage. Cold-mix recycling semi-flexible material has a adaptability aspavement base. Obtained the cold-mix recycling base modulus of the main factors’ variationof surface deflection, bottom of the asphalt layers tensile strain, bottom stress in the road-baselayer and the structure layer shear stress, proposes the rational design of indexes on certainbasis. Study on models of cold-recycling semi-flexible base pavement bearing capacity, eachstructural layer’s fatigue damages, structural permanent deformation and the surface layer oflow-temperature cracking damage, and take out reasonable damage prediction models. Takeroad surface designing deflection, asphalt surface fatigue cracking and recycling base fatiguecracking as the main control indexes. Tensile strain of asphalt layers bottom controls surfacefatigue cracking, recycling base layer bottom stress controls fatigue cracking at base layer.Obtained the calculate formulas of deflection, asphalt layers bottom tensile strain,recycling base layer bottom stress and the maximum shear stress of asphalt layer byorthogonal experiments. Combine the existing research results at home and abroad, putforward a set of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure transformation design methodwhen the elevation is limited, and draw a flow chart of the design method.
