In this paper, in combination with China’s national conditions and the relevant specifications and construction standards of other cities, and draw lessons from domestic and foreign relevant theory, on the basis of the residential community commercial service facilities in the specification of the control system to find the breakthrough point, the xi’an20typical residential area as the research object, research the status quo of its commercial service facilities configuration, and usage, analysis of residential community commercial service facilities from the function, form, layout of the growth condition and evolution process, find the "standard" configuration residential area in commercial facilities in terms of the number of formats, project quality, the management mode advantages and existing problems, and discusses residential area more scientific planning and positioning business how to do it.Through the above content analysis, this paper formed the following conclusions:in different periods of residential community commercial service facilities configuration has different rules and characteristics shows that proposed configuration of the content and development model is not invariable, and in the development of community commercial service facilities in China should follow the overall coordination, reasonable structure, advance, and the principle of people-oriented, under the "specification" of the construction of the commercial facilities to reserve certain space for development, neglect the "specification" commercial facilities, make its have adjusted according to different situations may change, make small business to a greater degree of service in urban residents. |
