With China’s rapid economic development and with the rapid increase in populationcaused by irrational use of water resources and water pollution, all these make our watersupply and demand becomes extremely sharp and prominent, has seriously hindered thedevelopment of the our city. To solve this problem, government has invested considerablehuman and material resources to build more water supply works. In the water conveyanceproject, the most common and the most prominent problem is the problem of long-distancewater pipeline water hammer protection.Aqueduct in the event of water hammer is a great harm, especially cavities waterhammer occurs, the boost will be ordinary water hammer a few times. Water hammer ishowever difficult to foresee the senses, which is currently the most advanced mathematicalmodeling of computer programming, water pipelines water hammer occurs in the system thelocation and size of the pressure, specifically the pressure generated by the envelope to thejudge, and according to the specific circumstances set water hammer protection facilities.Many hydraulic transient calculation model, the most important distinction is whether thereaction of the drying phenomenon, and calculate the pressure after disconnection occurred.Practice shows cavities water hammer is an objective reality, cannot be ignored.
