The power,economy and emission of diesel engine directly depend on the performance of injection pump.The fuel pump test rig is an indispensable equipment in the production process and performance test of diesel engine.Therefore,the primary task of fuel injection pump design and calibration is to research and develop a high-precision,high-integration fuel injection pump test bench,which is also an important tool to obtain effective parameters of engine fuel injection,speed and fuel temperature.At present,there are many problems in the measurement system of the fuel injection pump test-bed,such as large error of the measured fuel quantity,low efficiency and so on.In order to solve the problems existing in the fuel injection pump test bench,an intelligent measurement and control system is proposed.The system uses C8051F020 single chip microcomputer to complete the data acquisition and control of each module.Firstly,the overall framework of the measurement and control system is designed.According to the specific requirements of the signals to be detected and controlled,the system is divided into three modules: oil measurement,rotational speed measurement and temperature measurement and control.Secondly,the design principle of each module is analyzed,and the appropriate sensor is selected and completed according to the characteristics of the signal to be collected.The design of hardware circuit and the design of software part revolve around the function of measuring oil quantity,rotational speed and temperature,mainly including the drawing of flow chart and the compilation of corresponding program.The final measurement and control system can realize the automatic measurement and display of fuel injection rate,rotational speed and temperature,and solve the problems of large measurement error,low efficiency and more manual participation in the current test-bed.The test error of fuel injection rate is about 1%,which meets the design requirement;the motor speed can be preset and run stably under the preset speed,and the motor speed can be displayed instantly;the fuel tank temperature measurement accuracy is 0.1%.The fuel tank temperature can be controlled within the required range by fan and resistance wire to achieve temperature control.To design requirements.
