With Energy Crises growing, Car, as one of the important industrial symbol of the20th century, should seek to development breakthrough in future. During the turn of thecentury different types of new energy vehicles join in. Electric Vehicles power sourcesshift from fossil energy to electrical energy. Energy management and control plays animportant role in the future development. The thesis presents an energy managementsystem with multiple battery supply. With use of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motordrive, brake control electric vehicle energy flow characteristics, Recovering brakingenergy increases efficiency.The thesis introduces Active Synchronous Transmission works with PMSM drivetheory. After anglicizing different energy recycling braking methods, it propose a batteriesseries-parallel control mode, and through the analysis and simulation the controllability ofthe energy cycling braking is proved. And analysis the flow of the EV energy duringrunning process, accomplish the needs of EV energy feedback control in different vehiclerunning status. And it clarifies the control process of the energy management system withdifferent car running states. It constructs the energy management hardware system andsoftware design flow chart. And it does some research and discussion with part of the keyissues in the design process.The thesis presents experimental data at last. The results show that EV running well,the process of shifting is smooth, fast, stable And energy recycling current control withbrake intensity control effect.
