Elevator as a modern high-rise buildings essential manned tools are widely used,while its efficient operation to bring convenient elevator accidents often bring heavylosses of life and property to the passengers, the elevator safety of increasing of concern.With the technological progress of the development of the Internet of Things technologyand elevators, elevator remote monitoring technology inevitably of Things to integratecloud computing model and Internet platforms, the application of computer-controlledtechnology, network communication technology, database management technology,multimedia compression and transmission technology a variety of advanced scientific andtechnological means to develop a new generation of elevator remote monitoring system.Elevator companies at home and abroad through research for the Research of theremote monitoring system, analysis and comparison of the development of the currentelevator remote monitoring system, this paper presents the elevator remote monitoringsystem based on B/S structure of the mode and details on B/S the basic principle ofelevator remote monitoring system architecture, hardware and software, and elaborated theelevator monitoring the overall functional requirements. Through the the elevatormonitoring of functional requirements analysis, design of the core modules of the FEPmodule, data center module, web server module three the elevator monitoring softwareplatform. The same time, the paper describes the monitoring system users real-time onlineprocess, the problem of chaotic multi-user data and proposed use of the improved theheartbeat package design, and module ID to identify the ways to solve these problems. Inorder to make the elevator monitoring of access to do the multi-user, the elevator datareal-time sharing of multi-zone, to solve this problem, this paper developed a the elevatormonitoring site based on ASP.NET framework, and AJAX technology to improve the userelevator monitoring site interactive experience. Elevator monitoring sites and softwareused in conjunction with FEP allows remote authorized users elevator remote monitoringsupport, which is of practical significance.
