The Design Of Remote Temperature Monitoring System For Thermal Heating Effect

In the northern cities of our country,the central heating system has been widely used,heating work is a major event which is related to the livelihood of the people,but users heating effect of the inhomogeneous problem caused by the thermodynamic instability has been plagued heating enterprises and residents.Timing monitoring room temperature can effectively solve the above problems,and can provide guidance and basis for the heating work,to make the heating temperature stable in the expected range.The traditional temperature monitoring method is artificial or semi artificial,poor reliability and large time delay,has been unable to meet the demand.Therefore,this paper proposes the development of remote temperature monitoring system based on GPRS(Packet Radio Service General,general packet radio service).In this paper,through the comparison of wireless communication technology and system functional requirements analysis,selected GPRS as a remote monitoring system of data transmission mode,and obtained the corresponding network program.On the basis of this research,the overall structure of the system is set up,and the system is divided into upper and lower parts.The upper part includes a temperature remote instrument and its supporting software configuration and debugging.Remote temperature instrument is room temperature acquisition and transmission terminal device,which is based on STM32 MCU and GPRS network,it can bring out the room temperature acquisition,data display,data transmission and SMS alarm functions;Remote temperature instrument configuration and debugging software is based on serial communication,used in device parameter settings and equipment debugging.The lower part includes remote temperature monitoring software and remote temperature monitoring website.Remote temperature monitoring software is the server side of GPRS network transmission,with functions of temperature data receive,temperature data storage and remote control;Remote temperature monitoring websites can process and display temperature data which is stored in a database in the form of charts,for multiple users to monitor and analyze the data,to bing out the realization of the data and information sharing,and to expand the monitoring scope of the room temperature data.The design of temperature monitoring system based on GPRS wireless communication technology,it realized the room temperature automatic collection,transmission and sharing,and improved the reliability and real-time monitoring of temperature,to achieve the purpose of detecting heating effect and enrich the scope of network control equipment.This temperature monitoring system has already put into use in a state-owned heating company of Dalian,.
