Micro-channel parallel flow heat exchanger has been gradually applied in commercialand home refrigeration and air conditioning industry due to its efficient heat transferperformance,compact structure and cost advantage.Relevant research has been drew moreand more attention,it has been becoming the central issue of the industry.On the otherhand, the study on fully automatic production line equipment of Micro-channel parallelflow heat exchanger is gradually drew deeper attention.In the process of fully automaticproduction line, aluminum sheet in the end becomes heat exchanger throughbending,opening windows,cutting and core assembling.The process of fin cuttinginfluences the efficiency of fin forming and the quality of fin very much,in the meanwhileinfluences the heat transfer performance of heat exchanger.How to improve the fin cuttingprocess and cutting efficiency is a question involved with the structure design of cuttingmachine,optimization of control system.This paper is trying to do some deeper research asfollows,based on domestic and abroad study about fin machine and cutting mechanism.First of all, introduce the current picture of domestic and abroad study on the heattransfer performance of fin and fully automatic production line equipment ofMicro-channel parallel flow heat exchanger.Compare traditional copper tube heatexchanger with aluminum fin microchannel heat exchanger,concluded that the aluminumfin microchannel heat exchanger has great advantages in terms of structure, heat transferperformance and sustainable development,it is the future developing direction of theair-conditioning heat exchangers.Secondly, outline the shear fracture mechanism of aluminum sheet and the crackformation and development.Analyze the factors which affect the aluminum shear quality,such as shear speed and shear gap. Then determine the optimum shear gap.Thirdly, the structural design of the shear mechanism of the fin.After the analysis ofaluminum sheet shear mechanism,design this shear mechanism based on the importantfactors affecting the quality of shear. Select eccentric mechanism as power actuators,selectgearwheel to transport fin and adjust its wave length.Conduct motion analysis and modalanalysis respectively on eccentric and the camshaft to validate the rationality of design.Then, design the fin shear servo control system based on the analysis of the cutting action of fin shear mechanism and the control requirement of each moving part.Selectproper electrical components, such as PLC, motor drive, servo motor and so on.The finalcontrol system runs efficiently,smoothly and accurately. The fin cutting quality is good.At last, complete the blade structural optimization of the shear mechanism. Simulatethe cutting action of the blade edge,change the edge angle to improve the fin cutting qualityand blade lifespan,in the end,get the best blade edge angle.The whole process is based onthe ABAQUS software.
