Efficient micro-channel heat exchanger automated production lines and assembly of aluminum foil processing machinery and equipment for automotive air conditioning heat exchanger.This article is based on fin machine as the main body, assembly machines as a brief introduction section.Fin machine is the main control unit of the Mitsubishi Q series PLC control system,combined with motion control CPU,CC-link communication,frequency control, analog A/D conversion technology and touch screen industrial control technology,to achieve the fin machine fully automated control.Aluminum foil material storage rack is full closed-loop control applications analog signal feedback,which is controlled indirectly by way of detection analog aluminum foil tension,This control method is characterized by high accuracy, fast response and easy to control,it is very suitable for high speed operation.Aluminum foil conveyor friction wheel transmission,four-speed control applications three pairs of beam photoelectric sensor aluminum foil;the back tensioner and molding knives speed synchronization control is the main control part of this machine,the back tensioner in order to follow the speed of the forming tool,its speed can be fine-tuned by the human-computer interaction;fin machine stability the pulsator given crest cutting apparatus is the use of the electronic cam control,so that the discharge speed of the fins, the precision of cutting and the cutting efficiency have been improved;using CC-link communication for data exchange between the PLC with four drives,this approach makes the control system reliability is improved and more concise;Mitsubishi motion control CPU (Q173DCPU) control the fin eight servo axis motion control and logic control in one, the high-performance motion control is realized,PLC CPU high-speed logical order processing, motion control of the CPU to achieve high-speed operation of the production line;Combined using touch screen technology and PLC to enable the device to be monitored during operation, can be realized in the device speed converting,the trace parameter can be adjusted so that product quality is guaranteed, so that the control system running more secure and reliable, the safe operation of the equipment fully automated.
