With the continuous development of society, people’s life quality requirements arealso gradually improving, the demand for energy is rising, and energy problem hasbecome increasingly severe, so solar energy as a renewable energy has been adevelopment opportunity. The current solar photovoltaic power generation has beencommercialized in developed countries, in developing countries are also graduallytoward this direction. In the photovoltaic power generation technology developmentenvironment, photovoltaic water pump technology has experienced decades of rapiddevelopment, has become an important branch of solar energy utilization. In developingcountries, part of the power grid is not fully cover in remote areas. There are difficultiesfor water and electricity, so the study of photovoltaic pump technology has great socialeffect and economic effect. In this paper, in the face of areas and rural remote areas ofnorthwest China is shortage of power residents living water difficulties, designing a newkind of small solar photovoltaic pump system.This topic mainly has carried on the thorough analysis to the circuit: Solar arraysof over-voltage under-voltage protection circuit, DC/DC boost chopper circuit and shortcircuit protection circuit and drive circuit of electric power MOSFET, IPM invertercircuit based on PS21865. In the aspect of control strategy is mainly: dc booster ofPWM modulation SVPWM modulation of the inverter and motor VVVF control mode.Now the content of the main work for this article make a detailed introduction.First, analyzes the research background of photovoltaic water pump and thedomestic and foreign development present situation, composition, classification ofphotovoltaic power generation system, topological structure were summarized. Themain circuit structure of photovoltaic pump system was put forward. On the basis ofin-depth analysis of the solar cell output characteristics, puts forward several commonmaximum power tracking principle, put forward the application of this system improvedthe most power tracing method, namely the CVT transmission type disturbanceobservation method and control method, makes the pv array maximum power outputand system run efficiently; In DC/DC booster stages have adopted the BOOST choppercircuit of pressure, and the circuit is optimized, this part adopted on STC companySTC89C52single-chip microcomputer as the control chip, to achieve maximum powertracking, on the part of the selection of hardware design and the main components indetail; In DC/AC inverter stage, adopt the IPM module based on PS21865, such notonly reduced the system volume, shorten the development cycle, also greatly reducesthe system drive circuit and protect circuit design, more important is to improve theefficiency of the system, this part using TMS320F2812as the control chip of TIcompany32-bit. In DC/DC booster section has made the hardware design and theexperimental results, and the DC/AC phase has made the software design, and thesimulation results are obtained. The simulation results show that the pv array can rapid response, to achieve maximum power point, the inverter output current and voltage,frequency and phase is consistent, can satisfy the operating conditions of a three-phaseasynchronous motor, the results show that this design can meet the design requirements.
