FIDIC Conditions of Contract is currently widely used in high-level, standardconditions of contract, the terms of the contract fair and reasonable, clearresponsibilities, procedures rigorous, easy to operate. This series based on FIDICConditions of Contract for Redbook "Construction Contract Conditions" forcemajeure relevant contract terms, highlights after the occurrence of force majeure riskresponsibility between the contractor and the owner of the partitioning problem, andgive a specific division of responsibilities allocation scheme. To downpour occurredafter the two sides focus on the division of responsibilities, statistical analysis andcalculation downpour actual occurrence probability distribution areas, and todetermine the probability of occurrence of rain disaster to disaster occurrenceprobability of rain combined with the size of the relevant terms of the FIDICdetermine whether force majeure downpour. Force majeure clause in the contract withthe relevant provisions complement and further explanation for the Order of thecontracting parties in the downpour, the problem occurs when the sharedresponsibility to provide a reference.
