Study On The Development Planning Of Industry Cluster District Based On The Ecological Conception

The industry cluster district is similar or related industries gathered in a region ofgeographical space formed by the space vector, which includes a focus on the enterprisespace and population space concentrated. Industrial cluster is the inherent law ofdevelopment of the industry, is a product under the condition of market economyindustrialization develops to a certain Industry gathering in space, is conducive to thesharing of infrastructure, so as to achieve the benefits of economies of scale, so it hasbecome the trend of economic development. However, with the rapid development ofindustry, in the realization of economic benefit and material civilization at the same time,it also had a great impact on the natural environment: environmental pollution andenergy shortages.In2009, Henan province in the government departments under theguidance of the provincial cities and counties have identified175industry clusterdistrict, and requires to compile the development planning of industry cluster district, topromote local economic development, but in the process of planning implementationproblems worthy of our reflection, from planning and design level, how to makeplanning more reasonable, scientific and operable is planning designers should be takeninto consideration.And Ecological planning is to use the concept of ecological theory tothe planning and design of industrial agglomeration area is an effective way to solve theabove problem, an inevitable requirement for sustainable development. This is exactlythe purpose of this thesis research.Based on the above reasons, this thesis will be introduced the concept of ecologicalto the industry cluster district planning and design.Firstly, Based on the concept ofecology and ecological concepts and contents of ecological concepts related theory,analyses the ecological city theory, Ecological space theory, landscape ecology theory,cyclic economy theory and Industrial ecology theory, and Analysis of the concept andconnotation, characteristics and principles, etc, and lay the theoretical foundation for theuse of the eco-industry gathering area spatial planning. Secondly, analyses thedevelopment course and characteristics of industry cluster district, and using the methodof system integrated into the comprehensive analysis, make the ecological theory ofprototype extracted into the industrial agglomeration area development planning in all aspects of the design and the corresponding stages.Finally, This article takes the Spatialand developmental planning for Heqi industry cluster district in Hebi City for example,further up from the practice, demonstrate the use of the concept of ecological theory inthe development of industry cluster district planning and design feasibility, practicalityand significance.
