The coal gangue is one of the largest amount of industrial and mining waste,at present. With the Coal gangue generated, on the one hand, tie up a lot of land, spontaneous combustion release a large number of harmful gas, leaching water pollution around soil and groundwater; On the other hand, the accumulation of coal gangue can also produce the geological disasters such as landslide collapse and debris flow. Using coal gangue mixed fly ash as road base material has broad prospects, such can solve road land earth, consume stockpiling of coal gangue, and also can produce the huge economic, environmental and social benefits. This article is based on entitative engineering, the research object is the coal gangue mining area in xingtai area; the main research contents are as follows:Starting from the physical and chemical properties of the raw materials, through the experimental study on coal gangue, fly ash and so on, and found that it can meet the requirements of semi-rigid roadbed material.By uniform experiment design mixture ratio, studied.the ratio of the unconfined compressive strength, modulus of resilience and fracture strength of road use performance.Analyzed the mechanism of the strength of coal gangue mixture, determine the feasibility of it as road base packing, and select the proportion of road pavement construction.Through xingtai mine area factory test sections of road construction, and summarizes the construction process, to guide the construction of coal gangue mixture pavement base. And according to the relevant specification, to the factory area road pavement make the quality acceptance.Analysis of the coal gangue mixture pavement has significant economic, environmental and social benefits.
