Preliminary Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Landscape And Ecological In New Countryside Construction

The Construction of Central Plains Economic Region turns into nationalstrategy in2011.At present,Henan province has achieved remarkable results in thepropulsion of new urbanization.Urbanization ideas gradually clear,the towns bearingcapacity has been significantly improved.The leading-effectiveness of the town is alsoincreasingly significant,the Comprehensive management level in urban and rural areas hasbeen further improved.But,We also see that,the overall leve of urbanization in HenanProcince is low.Uban system is unreasonable and the mode of development isextensive,especially the urban landscape and ecosystem failure to achieve synchronizationupgrade,those restrict the development of new urbanization.What can we learn from thecomprehensive analysis of pressure on the regional landscape and ecosystem,we can revealthe health status of the landscape and ecosystem in villages and towns, identify thevulnerability factor of landscape and ecosystem.Provide decision support for theestablishment and protection of the ecological environment of the landscape system,thesubject of safeguarding the sustainable development of landscape and ecosystemmuch-needed in-depth study and practical improvement ideas and measures.This paper conform to the landscape and ecological requirements of the development ofurbanization,based on the basic principles of landscape ecology,Using the Qualitative andquantitative method, start with the spatial pattern of landscape and urban ecosystems toanalyze the relationship,and Explore the different factors on the impact of urban ecosystemeffects,and proposed urban landscape ecological planning and design objectives, principlesand steps. Build a index system of mall town for Landscape Ecological Evaluation. Theevaluation index system is divided into target layer, guidelines and index.In this paper,we choose the Tangzhuang Town,Sunxingcun Town and Houhe Town asthe case study. We use the field measurements and questionnaires and other methods toevaluation the landscape ecological functions of the study areas. In order to verify thefeasibility of Index System of proposed small towns landscape ecological evaluation.Evaluation results shows that: The landscape ecological comprehensive assessment value ofTangzhuang Town,Sunxingcun Town and Houhe Town are0.76,0.67and0.61. The landscapeecological comprehensive value of Tangzhuang Town is at good level, The landscapeecological comprehensive value of Sunxingcun Town and Houhe Town are all at generallevel.This paper make the further comparative analysis of functional differences during thethree towns. The results show that, the aesthetic value has a large room for improvement inthe next landscape ecological construction of small towns.Furthermore,the evaluation results of the index system for the study areas is consistentwith the ecological status.The results can reflects the advantages and disadvantages of thestudy areas’ landscape ecological construction.This paper put forward the scientific thinkingand operational evaluation methods of how to increase the stability of the urban landscape ecological system,how to maintain ecological balance,how to protect biodiversity. Thisstudy is a useful exploration to correct evaluate the landscape ecological construction ofsmall towns.
