The fundamental reason is that the county no system forIntegrated Mountain Development Planning.In this study, in order to promote economic development in mountain, changes inagricultural growth, improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacitytarget, development and utilization of the existing problems through researchmountainous environment, summed up the universality of Integrated MountainDevelopment, explore suitable northeast of Hebei Province mountaincomprehensivedevelopment model of development, has played the role of a typical boot.
