Power network planning is both a primarypart for the long-term development of electric power enterprises,andimportant factor for the economic and social development of the country and region.Power grid planning is not only meets powersupply and demand,but also help to improve the security and reliability of power system,meanwhile,save the national investments,promote the healthy and continous development of the national economy,so as to realize the win-win situation of economic and social benefits.Meanwhile,based on the 13 th national five-year plan of State Grid Corporation of China for distribution network planning and construction,Qinglong Power Supply Bureau is determine to build an intelligent,efficient,reliable and green distribution power grid,in order to meet the needs of the localelectricaldemand.Compared with foreign smart grid,focusing on Europe and the grid distribution network and research and transformation of electricity part,proposed the building of a strong national grid smart grid.Strong smart grid is the grid as a strong guarantee,as the information platform support,as the means of achieving intelligent control.Combining with the research status at home and abroad,and analyses the status quo of the planning of Qinglong County distribution network,and using the load density method of power load forecasting,in addition,the development of planning,at this stage of the power grid and the equipment condition,discussed the current situation of automation application of distribution and communication.According to the present situation of the distribution network,this paper proposed for distribution network planning,including development goals,Qinglong County power grid planning planning principles,given planning technology,planning scheme,proposed in view of the 10 kV distribution network to the difference of urban and rural planning of Qinglong area.Finally,analysis and assessment of the distribution network planning,the power grid the problems in the solution to a certain extent,the ratio of winner variable by "N-1".And the line through the "N-1" verification have been improved,and the power supply reliability rate,voltage qualification rate has also been improved,the capacity loadratio are satisfied.Finally,the economy of distribution network construction and transformation is verified.
