Loaders manufacturers lack of investment in new product design, testing and so on, as aresult, the enterprise innovation ability and development ability is weak and Productperformance is poor. Detecting the parameters of the loader, obtaining reliable test data is thepremise and foundation to solve the problems mentioned above.This article is rooted in a research subject Loader Detecting System which is originated byXiamen Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. Aims to provide a scientific, standardized solution, areliable, comprehensive platform and data support for loader tests.The detecting system mainly based on embedded technology, in order to improve the speedof data collection, using MPU S3C2440whose core is ARM9as the main unit, using4pcsSTM32F103VB whose core is CORTEX-M3as the acquisition terminal, consisting of64channels hardware structure of multiple CPU detecting system. making use of7.0inch LCD andtouch screen to make human-computer interaction unit, the realization of U disk data storage isdependent on the standard USB interface, Use the Linux operating system, using C language assoftware development tool, finished the design of software. Choosing the lightweight GUIMiniGUI to complete the design of graphical user interface, achieve data access betweenprocesses using shared memory, using moving mode to realize the dynamic waveform display.Proved by actual tests, the system is stable and reliable, which can fully meet the testrequirements.
